Classes are held at Grand Wellness Studio in Brantford on Monday from 12:30-1:30 and Wednesday from 11:00-12:00
Your membership also gives you access to the Village community, including mom socials, playdates, family experiences, wellness events and local perks, depending on the membership/event.

Our Village Leaders help welcome new moms, organize local meetups, host coffee walks, create community groups, support events, connect moms with local businesses and make sure nobody feels like they're doing motherhood alone.
